Job Overview

To effectively manage the sites and carry out the day\-to\-day operation of the maintenance activities to ensure the safe, effective and efficient operation of the site’s Mechanical, Electrical \& Fabric services, whilst giving full consideration to the client and other client’s staff and visitors. To manage planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building M\&E and support Fabric services. Work closely with the on site client facilities team to deliver a seamless maintenance regime and manage contractors working on site. Candidate will cover two sites so vehicle and fuel card provided candidate will require a full driving license

Key Responsibilities

1\. Work to Company Procedures and Policies.

2\. Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites M\&E Plant and Equipment and Services.

3\. Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive tasks are carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.

4\. Upkeep of the compliance paperwork

5\. Carry out reactive repairs within agreed SLA’s.

6\. Prioritising reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.

7\. Management of Specialist Service Contractors: including Induction, signing off and action minor works listed on service report sheets.

9\. To build strong relationships with sub\-contractors, in particular preferred suppliers, to ensure cost effective solutions that meets our quality expectations can be delivered to our clients

10\. To build strong relationships with all customers.

11\. Promoting and maintaining the core Values of CBRE Managed Services

12\. Assisting the contract manager with reports, information and presentations

13\. Ensure Health and Safety procedures are met and exceeded

14\. Ensure zero non compliances are raised during internal and external audits

15\. Ensure plant rooms are brought up to and kept to high standards

16\. Work with client / contract manager to establish a stock of critical spares to ensure equipment down time is kept to a minimum P

Pay: £33,000\.00\-£38,000\.00 per year
