4 on / 4 off (Days \& Nights: 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00\)

We are now looking for Multi\-Skilled Shift Engineers to join our high\-performing team at our Banbury site.

What you’ll be doing

• Planned and reactive maintenance on site equipment


• Fault finding and problem solving in a fast\-paced environment


• Supporting continuous improvement (reducing downtime, improving performance)


• Working closely with production and hygiene teams


• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and food safety

What we’re looking for

• Multi\-skilled (electrical/mechanical) with recognised apprenticeship


• Experience in manufacturing (food/FMCG preferred)


• Knowledge of PLCs, drives, controls, pneumatics


• Strong fault\-finding skills


• Team player with a proactive, can\-do attitude
