The Role

As a Multi\-Skilled Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, planned maintenance, fault\-finding and repair of a range of commercial HVAC, refrigeration and associated building services equipment.

You will work across a variety of client sites, diagnosing faults efficiently, carrying out repairs and maintenance to a high standard, and ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally.

Essential Qualifications \& Experience

• Recognised qualification in Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning, HVAC or Building Services Engineering


• F\-Gas Category 1 certification


• Commercial Gas qualifications


• Demonstrable experience servicing, maintaining and fault\-finding commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment


• Strong electrical and mechanical fault\-finding skills


• Good understanding of health \& safety requirements and safe systems of work


• Full UK driving licence

The following would be advantageous:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations


• Experience with air source heat pumps


• Experience with VRF/VRV systems, chillers and AHUs


• Knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems


• IPAF and PASMA certification


• CSCS or other relevant site certification


• Manufacturer\-specific training on major HVAC equipment


• Experience working within commercial buildings, healthcare, education, industrial or construction environments
