Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer

We are looking for an HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Undertake inspection, maintenance, fault finding, and repair across domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical building services installations.


• Carry out maintenance and remedial works on plumbing systems, pumps, AHU, heating \&ventilation, expansion vessels, hot water systems, drainage, sanitaryware, HVAC plant, and associated services.


• You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.


• Support the wider engineering team in maintaining safe, compliant, and operational environments, diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.


• Accurately complete all work documentation and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and site teams while adhering to Health \& Safety regulations.

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City \& Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.


• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building services, including plumbing systems, HVAC, pumps, and water hygiene controls.
