*Job Description*

We are looking for an experienced, multi\-skilled operative to cover project works within commercial buildings.

A majority of the work will be based within London and the surrounding home counties, although you may be expected to travel outside of these areas.

Skills and Experience

  • *Experience in general building maintenance*

  • *Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reactive maintenance and large project*

  • *Full UK driving license*

  • *Own tools \- Essential*

  • *Good communication and customer service skills*

  • *IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices \- Use of daily apps*

  • *Good time and diary planning skills*

  • *Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department*
