Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias

About The Role:
Days of Working:4 on 4 off shift pattern of 07:00 to 19:00\.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs across the site.
- Respond promptly to electrical faults and emergencies.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider facilities and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Perform Fabric Maintenance work onsite.
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal
- Proven experience working in a commercial environment.
- Strong fault\-finding and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Full clean driving licence
- Able to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
- A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship such as or equivalent to City \& Guilds 2350 NVQ
- Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering \+ AM2
- The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City \& Guilds 2381\-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition)
- Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card.
- An Inspection \& Testing qualification such as or equal to City \& Guilds 2391\-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
