\*Position:\* Part\-Time to Full Time Site Operations Manager
\*Hours:\* Initially Saturdays \& Sundays (6–10 hour shifts, rota basis), with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.

We are opening a new outdoor sauna and cold plunge wellness site in Roby Mill, creating a space where people can step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with themselves through nature, heat, cold exposure and community.
Set within a natural environment, our aim is to provide an experience that helps people slow down, breathe deeply, embrace the outdoors and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of sauna bathing and cold water immersion.
We're building more than just a wellness venue—we're creating a community and a brand with ambitious plans for growth. As we expand, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and play a key role in developing future sites and leading our team.
\#\# The Role
As our Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day\-to\-day running of the site, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness and professionalism.
You'll lead and support the site team, oversee operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly from opening to closing. You'll be the main point of contact on\-site, taking ownership of the customer experience and supporting the ongoing success of the business.
This is a hands\-on leadership role with genuine opportunities for progression. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to oversee multiple locations, recruit and develop teams, support new site launches, and help shape the operational standards across the company.
\#\# Responsibilities
\* Oversee the day\-to\-day operation of the site
\* Lead, support and motivate the site team
\* Ensure an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure
\* Manage staff rotas and scheduling
\* Carry out opening and closing procedures
\* Ensure sauna and cold plunge facilities are operating safely and efficiently
\* Monitor water quality, temperatures and site presentation
\* Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout the site
\* Monitor stock levels and organise supplies
\* Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
\* Resolve customer queries and operational issues professionally
\* Report and coordinate maintenance requirements
\* Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training
\* Help develop systems, processes and operational procedures as the business grows
\* Support the launch and management of future sites

\* An interest in wellbeing, hospitality, fitness or outdoor environments
\* Confidence using booking systems and basic digital tools
\* The ambition to grow into a multi\-site operational management role
