Multi Site Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for managing multiple locations and driving operational excellence? As a Multi Site Manager you will oversee the day\-to\-day operations across our 3 busy dental practices; Carntyne Dental Care, Parkhead Cross Orthodontics \& Facial Aesthetics and Tollcross Dental Care, , ensuring each location meets performance standards, maintains safety protocols, and delivers exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse teams, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties

• Lead and coordinate operations across our multipule sites to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high\-quality service delivery.


• Supervise and support team members, fostering leadership development and accountability.


• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


• Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.


• Facilitate communication between sites and corporate leadership to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.


• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively to meet organisational objectives.

• Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations.


• Strong management skills with a focus on strategic planning, problem\-solving, and decision\-making.


• Excellent leadership qualities that motivate teams, promote collaboration, and drive results.


• Exceptional organisational skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.


• Clear communication skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels.


• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and implement innovative solutions
