Working in a collaborative and hands-on laboratory environment, you will contribute to the manufacturing, purification, quality control, and documentation of mRNA products, helping ensure reliable delivery to researchers and biotech innovators across Europe.</p>

<p><strong>Time: </strong>Full‑time (40 hours / week) Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Process DNA via PCR, digestion, and purification to prepare template for in-vitro transcription.</li>
<li>Perform various enzymatic reactions to produce and process mRNA.</li>
<li>Purify mRNA using HPLC, spin columns, and other technologies.</li>
<li>Run quality checks on in-process and final products. This includes gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis, production raw materials and consumables etc.</li>
<li>Follow production S.O.P.s to ensure compliance to validated processes.</li>
<li>Keep good documentation for production processes and materials used in process.</li>
<li>Keep track of inventory using an inventory management system.</li>
<li>Order materials internally and externally for production use.</li>
<li>Assists with the multistep synthesis and process development of key reagents.</li>
<li>Conduct routine lab maintenance procedures.</li>
<li>Any other tasks needed as deemed by production manager.</li>

<ul>
<li>Completed MBO Level 4, Associate Degree (Ad), HBO Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent international qualification in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.</li>
<li>Experience working with mRNA or oligonucleotide chemistry.</li>
<li>Experience with PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions.</li>
<li>Experience with techniques commonly used in the isolation and characterization of organic intermediates (column chromatography, HPLC, MS, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to work as part of a small cross-disciplinary team to accomplish both short term and long term goals.</li>
<li>Experience successfully working in a fast-pace, high-demand environment is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with peers and managers in a polite and concise manner is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Fluent in English.</li>
