Salary: £25,000–£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000–£55,000)

The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in Christchurch. This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about motorcycles and customer service, offering strong earning potential and the chance to work with a leading range of motorcycle brands.
You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
Key Responsibilities • Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and via telephone enquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycles and products.
- Conduct motorcycle presentations and arrange test rides.
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
- Promote finance, insurance, and accessory products.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and dealership systems.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, offers, and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycling industry.
- Experience selling finance and value-added products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000.
