We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Motor Vehicle Sales Executive to join our reputable dealership team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automobiles and a flair for customer service to develop their career within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Negotiating the best possible selling price and discussing loans and finance options.
- To effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
- Working as part of the sales team to reach sales targets.
- Assisting with the set up of showroom and promotional displays
- To build rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Ensure high standards of communication skills and phone etiquette are maintained at all times to enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice.
- Support and promote the companies core values and principles.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- 2 Years previous experience working in a sales environment in the Motor Industry
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Hard working with a ‘can\-do’ attitude
- Strong negotiation skills
- Organised work ethic and able to work to a high standard
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Hold a clean UK Driving Licence
- Must be prepared to work weekends on a rota basis and also to attend offsite events manufacturer training and promotional activities.
