Motion and Brand Designer

Role summary

• Location: Commutable into London (looking for 2\-3 days in the office)


• Base salary: £30,000\-£40,000

The Motion and Brand Designer strengthens AVK’s in\-house capability for motion graphics and post\-production. The role focuses on editing, animating, and repurposing video content across campaigns, product storytelling, events, and internal communications. It supports scalable content production through product animations and templates and multi\-format outputs, working closely with the rest of the marketing team to deliver consistent, high\-quality visual storytelling. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high\-quality video content for campaigns, product launches, events, and internal communications.


• Create motion graphics and animations that bring AVK's products and brand story to life.


• Repurpose and cut down campaign assets for social, digital, and event channels \- ensuring each format lands with impact.


• Build and maintain a library of reusable animation templates and production workflows to support scalable content output.


• Develop 3D product animations and visualisations for technical storytelling and marketing collateral.


• Collaborate with the wider Marketing team and stakeholders across the business to deliver consistent, on\-brand visual work.


• Use Adobe Creative Suite and relevant post\-production tools to deliver polished, broadcast\-quality outputs.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in motion design, post\-production, or a closely related creative discipline.


• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the wider Creative Suite.


• A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work across multiple formats.


• Experience creating reusable templates and assets that enable efficient, high\-volume content production.


• Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadline in a fast\-paced environment.
