We're looking for an experienced Mortgage \& Protection Case Manager to support our advisers with client case progression, documentation, and communication. In this role, you'll be integral to delivering smooth, efficient service from application to completion.

The Role

This is an office\-based position responsible for ensuring cases are progressed efficiently, advisers are supported effectively and we deliver the best possible client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage and protection application pipelines, liaising with lenders, providers and solicitors through to completion


• Support our advisers to ensure cases meet FCA standards and deadlines


• Handle case updates, secure documents, upload details to systems, and follow up with clients


• Discuss case progress and clarify queries with clients


• Assist in fact\-find completion and compliance checks

• Previous mortgage or financial services admin experience essential (1–2 years ideal)


• Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail


• Clear communicator with the ability to work within a team


• Comfortable working in an office\-based environment
