Mortgage Case and Protection Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well\-established and growing financial services business that is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage Case \& Protection Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in mortgage administration, case management, and protection business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring mortgage and protection cases are processed efficiently while supporting advisers and maintaining excellent client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage and protection cases from application through to completion.


• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and providers to progress cases efficiently.


• Monitor case pipelines and ensure all documentation is obtained and processed accurately.


• Support advisers with case progression and updates.


• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.


• Identify and resolve any issues that may delay case completion.


• Assist with the management and development of administrative processes.


• Maintain accurate client records and case notes.

Requirements

• Previous experience within mortgage administration, case management, or protection services.


• Strong understanding of the mortgage and protection market.


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.


• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.


• CeMAP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
