Mortgage and Protection Case Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage and Protection Case Manager to join our financial services team and support the Protection Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client cases related to mortgage and protection products, ensuring smooth processing and compliance throughout the customer journey. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a professional environment, providing vital support to clients seeking financial security and homeownership solutions. The position is 4/5 days per week , mainly office based but with with the option of working from home 1 day a week once the initial training period of a month has been completed.
Duties
- Completing Recommendation reports for Protection sales
- Completing submission on Company system Gateway for all Protection sales
- Chasing GP reports back from surgeries
- Keeping track of mortgage completion dates
- Checking in with insurers for decisions on applications
- Booking in 12\-month reviews
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and insurance providers to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress, correspondence, and documentation within the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and data protection legislation at all times.
- Previous experience within financial services or a related customer\-focused role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to client interaction.
