Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Self-Employed) £50K - £80K earnings (Uncapped)

As a direct result of growth, a progressive and expanding independent Mortgage Broking firm is looking for a new Mortgage and Protection Broker to join the team.

You will be provided with around 30 client appointments each month, all qualified, and pre-booked into your diary for you. Clients are typically employed professionals with an average loan size of circa £400,000. Your meetings will be a mixture of face to face at the clients’ London offices, and Teams. They will be booked to take place over two or three days each month.

The role is self-employed and offers a 40% split on all banked revenue generated as a result of clients that the firm provides, and 60% on self-generated clients. You will be working from home, but need to be able to travel to Central London on a regular basis for client meetings, hence a London or Home Counties base is preferred.

You must have the full CeMAP qualification and, ideally, R05. You must also be CAS and have had at least 2 years’ recent experience in a Mortgage and Protection Broking role..
