We're recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor to join a nationally recognised estate agency in Cannock. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Trainee Advisor or an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a high-performing team with strong lead flow and excellent earning potential.
This role would suit a motivated, client-focused individual who is confident providing face-to-face mortgage advice and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Liaise closely with estate agency staff to maximise referral opportunities
- Provide face-to-face mortgage advice to potential buyers in branch
- Manage and convert leads provided by the estate agency team
- Generate new business through proactive follow-up of enquiries
- Deliver a high standard of service in line with regulatory compliance
- Support clients through the full mortgage application process
- Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification (or above)
- Strong motivation to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to manage appointments and convert leads into business
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, driven, and commercially aware approach
- £22,000–£28,000 basic salary
- Strong commission structure
- £50,000–£70,000 realistic OTE
