Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full \& Part time Mobility Sales Assistant to join our team in Leicester. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our customers by providing expert advice and assistance with our range of mobility products. Your contribution will help us uphold our commitment to enhancing mobility and independence for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate mobility products based on their needs.
- Demonstrate the proper use of various mobility aids and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service both in\-store and during home visits.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our product range to offer accurate information.
- Support the delivery and setup of mobility devices at customer locations.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role within the healthcare or mobility industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively and explain technical details clearly.
- Knowledge of mobility aids, assistive devices, or healthcare equipment is advantageous.
- Valid driving license is desirable for home visits.
- Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
Full product and systems training will be provided over a structured 3–6 month period, with hours and scheduling tailored as needed for part\-time staff. We are looking for individuals committed to growing with the business and contributing long\-term. For the right candidate, this role also offers excellent long\-term career development opportunities within the business, with the potential to progress into positions such as Assistant Showroom Manager or Business Manager as the company continues to grow. This role is not suitable for students, those seeking short\-term, casual, or transitional work.
Our opening times Mon – Saturday 10am to 4pm
Pay: £12\.71\-£16\.50 per hour

Education:
- A\-Level or equivalent (required)
- Product Sales: 5 years (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
