The Role

As our Mobility Sales Coordinator, you will be the vital engine that drives our sales pipeline from initial inquiry to final delivery. This is a unique hybrid role combining client relationship management, internal sales support, and operational logistics. You won't just be tracking orders; you will be ensuring that our corporate and individual clients receive a world\-class onboarding experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pipeline Management: Support the enterprise sales team by managing inbound inquiries, preparing bespoke corporate proposals, and keeping our CRM meticulously updated.

  • Client Onboarding \& Relations: Act as the primary operational point of contact for new clients, guiding them smoothly through contract setup, account creation, and service implementation.

  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise daily with internal operations, fleet managers, and third\-party providers to ensure mobility solutions and vehicles are delivered seamlessly and on schedule.

  • Sales Analytics \& Reporting: Track sales KPIs, monitor contract renewal timelines, and generate weekly performance reports for the leadership team.

  • Market Insight: Keep an eye on UK mobility trends and competitor activity to help our sales team refine their pitch and product offerings.
Who You Are
  • A Deal Finisher: You understand that great sales aren't just about the pitch—they're about the seamless execution and follow\-through that keeps clients coming back.

  • An Organizational Maestro: You can balance multiple client requests, tight deadlines, and operational moving parts without dropping the ball.

  • A People Person: You naturally build rapport and exude professionalism, whether you're chatting with a local business owner or a corporate procurement director.

  • Commercially Minded: You have a sharp eye for identifying upselling opportunities and maximizing account value during the coordination process.
Your Experience \& Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination, account management, or commercial operations role (experience in automotive, fleet management, logistics, or SaaS is a massive plus).

  • Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong British market context.

  • A proactive mindset with a proven ability to solve logistical or client challenges on the fly.
