Mobile Nurse / Healthcare Professional - France

HealthCaters brings preventive health screenings directly into the workplace. During our corporate health events, we support employees in measuring relevant health indicators and gaining a better understanding of their personal health.

For our workplace health screenings at corporate client locations, we are looking for friendly, professional and travel\-ready nurses and healthcare professionals. Assignments take place at various locations across France. Depending on your availability, there may also be opportunities to support selected assignments in other European countries.

The role is flexible and event\-based, with compensation provided on an hourly or daily\-rate basis. Assignments typically last between one and three days and are coordinated with you in advance.

Tasks
---------

• Perform venous blood collection as part of workplace health screening events


• Provide friendly guidance and support to participants throughout the screening process


• Give short and easy\-to\-understand explanations of the performed measurements and collected health indicators within your professional scope of practice


• Support the delivery of additional health screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses or lung function tests


• Ensure a hygienic, professional and well\-organised process on\-site


• Prepare and clean the working area and required materials before and after each assignment


• Collaborate closely with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events


• Document relevant procedures in accordance with our internal quality standards

• A completed nursing qualification or healthcare\-related degree that is officially recognised in France


• Alternatively, another recognised healthcare qualification, provided that you are legally authorised to perform venous blood collection in France


• Practical experience in performing venous blood collection safely and independently


• A friendly, outgoing and professional manner


• Confidence and enthusiasm when interacting with a wide range of people


• An independent, reliable and detail\-oriented working style


• Strong awareness of hygiene, quality and data\-protection requirements


• Willingness to travel for one\-day or multi\-day assignments at corporate client locations


• A valid driving licence is considered an advantage due to the travel requirements but is not mandatory


• Fluency in French is required


• Good English skills and additional language skills are considered an advantage


• Previous experience in health screenings, preventive healthcare, occupational health or corporate health events is considered an advantage
