We design, build, and support the technology that keeps the UK’s biggest fleets moving safely — including logistics operators, utilities, blue‑light services, and national transport fleets.

We’re expanding our Fleet Support Technician Team and are looking for skilled Auto Electricians and Installation Engineers who want a role with variety, autonomy, and long‑term stability.

The role:

As a key member of our fleet support team, you will:

  • Install, service, and commission TVG’s full range of vehicle safety and CCTV technology on 12v/24v vehicles

  • Work on a variety of fleet vehicles including HGV, LCV, plant, specialist vehicles, and municipal fleets

  • Use company‑issued devices to record job details, diagnostics, and completion reports

  • Maintain accurate stock control and follow company returns procedures

  • Represent TVG professionally on customer sites, providing excellent technical support and customer service

What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience working on 12v \& 24v electrical systems

  • At least 2 years’ experience in vehicle installations, auto electrics, or fleet technology

  • Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic ability

  • Good communication skills and confidence working directly with customers

  • Willingness to work one weekend day per month (paid overtime at higher rate)
Training \& Development:

You’ll receive full induction and technical training at our North Yorkshire HQ, including hands‑on product training, installation standards, and ongoing support from our in‑house technical team.
