Job description
We are proud of our team and due to continued expansion are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Gas Engineer/Fitter. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installation and maintenance work on a range of commercial and industrial sites. A team member with the ability to work on his own with minimal supervision and a can\-do attitude is fundamental to this position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of commercial heating and pipework installations.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Undertake both maintenance and installation work across commercial and industrial sites
\- Provide details to colleagues for the development of quotations for additional works.
Essential Requirements:
\- Commercial gas qualification
\- Level 2 Plumbing qualification or significant time served (minimum).
\- Able to demonstrable 5 years’ experience working in a commercial environment
\- Possess a good understanding of mechanical building services.
\- Able to identify different plant and equipment associated with mechanical building services.
\- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
\- Demonstrable experience in a commercial plumbing and heating installations
\- Familiarity with a range of plumbing systems including Press\-fit, Soldered, ABS, and PVC.
\- Ability to work independently, showing initiative, as well as part of a team.
\- Full UK driving licence.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Company van

- Full\-time, Permanent
- Pay: Depending on experience £42,000\.00 to £45,000\.00 plus overtime rates
- Door to door paid
- All overtime at x1\.5 or better
Pay: £43,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
