You will be the face of our service department, maintaining and repairing premium Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration systems within the South East’s most prestigious properties.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintenance: Carrying out PPM and reactive repairs on split systems, VRV/VRF, and residential heat recovery.
- Problem Solving: Tackling bespoke challenges that require a logical mind and an eye for detail.
- Client Relations: Delivering a personal level service to our high\-net\-worth clients.
You are a self\-motivated professional who takes genuine satisfaction in doing a job properly. You understand that in a luxury home, your communication skills and attention to detail are just as vital as your diagnostic abilities.
The Essentials:
- Experience: Proven track record in HVAC/Refrigeration service and maintenance.
- Certifications: F\-Gas certificate and a full UK Driving Licence.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with major manufacturers and varied systems (Multi\-split, VRV, Ventilation).
- Mindset: A "can\-do" attitude and the ability to work autonomously. You take full ownership of your day and your decisions.
- Salary: £46k (DOE).
- Hours: 07\.30 – 15:30/16:00 (Monday to Friday).
