The Role

You will be the face of our service department, maintaining and repairing premium Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration systems within the South East’s most prestigious properties.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintenance: Carrying out PPM and reactive repairs on split systems, VRV/VRF, and residential heat recovery.

  • Problem Solving: Tackling bespoke challenges that require a logical mind and an eye for detail.

  • Client Relations: Delivering a personal level service to our high\-net\-worth clients.
Who You Are

You are a self\-motivated professional who takes genuine satisfaction in doing a job properly. You understand that in a luxury home, your communication skills and attention to detail are just as vital as your diagnostic abilities.

The Essentials:

  • Experience: Proven track record in HVAC/Refrigeration service and maintenance.

  • Certifications: F\-Gas certificate and a full UK Driving Licence.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with major manufacturers and varied systems (Multi\-split, VRV, Ventilation).

  • Mindset: A "can\-do" attitude and the ability to work autonomously. You take full ownership of your day and your decisions.
Benefits

  • Hours: 07\.30 – 15:30/16:00 (Monday to Friday).
