The Role
Multinational Clients Trade Credit Broker Italy
As part of our Italian Trade Credit team, you will play a key role in expanding our multinational and large national client base and driving business growth with Italy\-based clients and prospects, as well as servicing a portfolio of existing WTW Trade Credit clients. You will report directly into the Head of Trade Credit for Italy.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Leadership: Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for multinational and large national clients in Italy. Your focus will be on driving new business opportunities and expanding WTW’s footprint, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Client Engagement and Servicing: Take ownership of a portfolio of local Trade Credit clients in terms of servicing and renewal. You will work closely with your colleagues from the Italian Trade Credit team, ensuring that we deliver tailored, high\-quality solutions to our clients.
- Cross\-Selling \& Business Integration: Identify and leverage cross\-selling opportunities across WTW’s broader offerings, including Corporate Risk \& Broking (CRB) and Health, Wealth \& Career (HWC). Develop common sales approaches and ensure integrated client solutions are being offered to maximize revenue potential within the WTW client book
- Technological Proficiency: Utilize AI and digital tools to optimize processes, enhance client engagement, and drive efficiency across the team. You will ensure that the team operates in a highly digitized environment, leveraging the latest technology to deliver superior client outcomes.

The Requirements
- Extensive experience in trade credit, trade finance, or a related financial services role, with a proven track record in managing client relationships and driving sales growth and renewals
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to connect teams across geographies and ensure cohesive strategies
- Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships, cross\-selling, and business development
- Experience working across business lines to develop integrated solutions and drive new revenue opportunities
- Technical proficiency in AI and other digital tools to improve efficiency and support the team’s digital transformation
