We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service,this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel setting,with excellent communication skills,attention to detail,and a positive attitude toward training and development. This position reports to the Bar Manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Mixologist:

• Crafting exquisite cocktails and drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests.


• Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest standards.


• Working across all areas of the bar,contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.


• Preparing a variety of drinks,cocktails,and food offerings,tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.


• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge,offering expert advice and suggestions to guests.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in every aspect of service.


• Excellent communication skills,with the ability to interact with guests in a warm,friendly,and professional manner.


• A passion for training,development,and staying updated on the latest trends in mixology.


• A positive,proactive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional,personalised service to every guest.
