Midweight Designer

As our Mid\-Weight Designer you will be a key member of the team working alongside both our junior and senior team members. Delivering innovative and creative design solutions across our brands. Working independently on a variety of projects you will assist in bringing our seasonal campaigns and brand activities to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of brands on everything from digital marketing campaigns and web assets to beautiful packaging and print collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency.


• Work collaboratively with the design team, photographers, and Marketers.


• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designer within the team.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment whilst keeping a high standard of quality.


• Support the development and evolution of the company's visual identity.


• Contribute ideas to team creative meetings and planning.


• Staying updated on design trends, tools and industry practices.

• 3 to 5 years of professional design experience, ideally within an in\-house e\-commerce, retail, or agency environment.


• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


• Video Editing: Experience with editing and a passion to increase skills.


• A strong, versatile portfolio that showcases your skills in typography, layout, digital asset creation, and print/packaging design.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workflow.


• Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a creative team.

Pay: From £28,000\.00 per year
