Accountabilities:

This role focuses on maintaining accurate reconciliation processes, ensuring payment transparency, and supporting operational efficiency across payment workflows.

  • Monitor and control reconciliation and payment settlement processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution

  • Maintain detailed reporting related to incoming payments and financial transactions

  • Communicate with payment providers regarding settlements, payment schedules, and operational issues

  • Coordinate currency conversion rates with payment providers and internal finance teams

  • Participate in the review and approval processes for contracts with payment providers

  • Ensure timely collection and organization of documentation and reports required for audits and internal reviews

  • Identify discrepancies, investigate payment issues, and implement corrective actions efficiently

  • Support optimization and automation initiatives related to reconciliation and payment control processes

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational transparency and reporting quality

Requirements


The ideal candidate combines financial operations experience with strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented mindset in high-volume transactional environments.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Reconciliation Specialist or in related financial operations roles

  • Experience in finance operations, payment operations, or accounts receivable processes

  • Strong understanding of payment system auditing principles and financial reporting practices

  • Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed transaction analysis

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to quickly identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or operational issues

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach toward operational processes

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is considered an advantage
