We are seeking a dedicated and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join our supportive team at a special school in Upminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference in a specialist educational environment.
As a Midday Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting pupils during lunchtime, promoting positive behaviour, ensuring safety, and helping children enjoy a happy and inclusive break period. The successful Midday Supervisor will work closely with teaching staff and other colleagues to provide a nurturing environment for all pupils.
Based in Upminster, this rewarding role involves supervising dining areas, playgrounds, and indoor activities while supporting children with a range of additional needs. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential, as relevant education and training opportunities will be provided.
The role is located in Upminster and offers the chance to work within a highly supportive special school community. Candidates should have strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people. Ongoing education and training will be available to help you develop your skills and confidence in the role.
As a Midday Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime and break periods.
