As a Host, <em><strong>you are both the first impression and lasting memory of each visit — setting the tone, guiding the guest journey, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated standards of our iconic destination.</strong></em></p>

<li data-start="836" data-end="925">Provide directions throughout the attraction to maintain smooth guest flow</li>
<li data-start="836" data-end="925">Share safety information and helpful insights about Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center, and NYC</li>
<li data-start="836" data-end="925">Admit ticket holders using wireless admission terminals</li>
<li data-start="836" data-end="925">Load guests into elevators and manage traffic flow at high-visibility areas</li>
<li data-start="836" data-end="925">Identify and resolve guest flow challenges in partnership with leadership</li>
<li data-start="836" data-end="925">Actively listen and respond thoughtfully to guest inquiries</li>
