As a Mid\-Level Test Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the information technology sector committed to delivering cutting\-edge solutions. Your role will focus on managing and executing testing processes to ensure product excellence, supporting our client's mission to transform digital experiences across industries. This is an exciting chance to grow your career within a dynamic environment that values innovation and quality.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate testing activities using ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB standards.

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify, document, and track defects.

  • Ensure testing aligns with project deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements.

  • Support automation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior testing team members.

  • Communicate testing progress and issues effectively to stakeholders in English and French.

  • Maintain a flexible working schedule of up to 2 remote days per week.

You're ideal for this role if you have:
  • 2\+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

  • Strong knowledge of ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB methodologies.

  • Proven experience in test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional fluency in French is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with good time management.

It is a strong plus if you have:
  • ISTQB certification or other relevant testing certifications.

  • Experience working in international or multicultural teams.

Language Required for the role:
  • Communicative command of English and French.
