Metal Pre\-Treatment Technician (SPS Area)

As a Metal Pre\-Treatment Technician, you will

• Key member of the organization COSP as SPS technician.


• Particularly focused on Metal Pretreatment process \& product.

Key Responsibilities

• Main achievements:

Knowledge of pre\-treatment processes (degreasing, phosphating, pickling, rinsing passivation)

• Deliverables:

+ ability to manage bath products \& process parameters (titrations,pH,conductivity).
+ Familiarity with chemical dosing.
+ Ability to read technical documentation and process specifications.
+ Write and maintain technical documentation.
+ Ability to make training customers.
+ Write and maintain technical documentation.
+ Availability to travel, make business trips across multiple geographical Italy areas including occasional overtime.

• Goals

+ Collaborate with Martket managers to get and start up Pretreatment pipeline to satisfy business growth.

• Areas of work\-on

+ all TIERS customers present on Italian territory.

• Team Structure:

+ TIERS Italy Team.

Qualifications

• Number of Years’ experience:

+ minimum 5 years of hands\-on experience in metal\-pretreatment
+ Previous experience preferred: Competitor Company Pretreatment \-Automotive or Industrial Coating environment.

• Education (required):

+ Technical diploma or vocational in Chemical, Industrial, expertise.

• Languages:

+ basic knowledge of English

• Other preferred qualifications (preferred):

+ Knowledge of safety, environmental and chemical handling regulations.
+ Using Microsoft office tools.
+ Write and maintain technical documentation.
