About the Role:

Love Shopping Direct is experiencing unprecedented growth across its HVAC, Lighting and Electrical channels. This has led to an amazing opportunity to further increase the size and scope of the Ecommerce department as we continue to establish the business as the leading provider of modern home comforts.

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Online Merchandising Exec to support the growth of our e\-commerce operations. This role will focus on ensuring our online product catalog is accurate, engaging, and optimised for sales. You’ll play a key role in driving conversion by supporting the presentation, categorisation, and promotion of products across our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage product listings, ensuring all product data (titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, images, etc.) is accurate and optimised.

  • Coordinate with buying and marketing teams to ensure new product launches are scheduled and executed correctly.

  • Manage website categories and collections to ensure optimal navigation and user experience.

  • Support promotional campaigns, including site updates for seasonal sales, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

  • Analyse and report on site performance metrics (e.g. product views, add\-to\-cart rates)

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure product availability, correct merchandising, and content accuracy.

  • Help deliver website A/B testing to help improve conversion rates throughout the user journey
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an e\-commerce, retail, or merchandising role.

  • Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Good understanding of online retail trends and consumer behaviour.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus.
Desirable Experience:
  • Shopify platform experience

  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

  • Pimberly (Or similar PIM) experience

  • Understanding of HTML / CSS

  • Experience of A/B testing

  • Product knowledge in HVAC, Electrical and Lighting

  • Basic photo editing for product photography
