Membership Services Administrator
Are you highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities? We are looking for a Membership Services Administrator to provide essential support to our Technical Field Team and our members, ensuring their needs are met.
The Independent Garage Association (IGA), is part of the Retail Motor Industry Federation, we champion the success of Independent Garages across the UK. As the largest trade body in the independent garage sector, we provide practical support, expert advice, and essential services that help our members thrive in an ever\-evolving industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administration but also thrives in a customer\-facing role, no two days are the same. You will be at the heart of our members, acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external members/customers.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative \& Operational Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technical Field Team and Management
- Book, cancel and rearrange appointments for the Technical Field Team
- Arrange hotel accommodation as required
- Order and manage stationery supplies
- Complete and distribute weekly movement schedules
- Maintain and update process documents
- Monitor and manage the Field Services inbox
- Act as the first point of contact via phone calls and emails
- Handle enquiries relating to bookings, payments and authorised refunds
- Update and maintain internal databases accurately
- Support Member Services with queries, calls and looking after our members
- Organise booking confirmations
- Request and distribute training pins
- Prepare and email delegate certificates
- Audit and manage stock levels
Develop a full understanding of Field Audit processes including scheduling, renewals and audits.
Reporting \& Documentation
- Collate, print and distribute reports and certificates to customers/garages
- Conduct monthly courtesy calls
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confident handling customer enquiries
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You are required to comply with all reasonable requests from the company as outlined in your contract of employment.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £28,000\.00 per year
