Membership Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and people\-focused Membership Sales Manager to lead membership growth and deliver an exceptional member experience at UFC Gym London City Road. This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional with a strong background in fitness, hospitality, or membership sales who thrives in a fast\-paced, high\-performance environment.

As Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales, leading front\-of\-house sales activity, building strong relationships within the local community, and motivating a high\-performing team. You will play a key role in representing the UFC Gym brand while creating a welcoming, results\-driven atmosphere for both prospective and existing members.

This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and performance\-based bonuses, rewarding high achievement and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through proactive lead generation, outreach, tours, and consultations


• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets


• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a premium member experience from first contact through retention


• Build relationships with local businesses, community groups, and corporate partners to increase brand awareness and membership growth


• Manage daily sales operations, including enquiries, appointments, follow\-ups, and membership administration


• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and conversion metrics, providing regular reports to senior management


• Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, events, and member engagement activities


• Maintain exceptional standards across the gym floor, reception, and sales areas in line with UFC Gym brand standards


• Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about memberships, classes, personal training services, and gym facilities


• Handle member concerns professionally and efficiently to maintain high retention and satisfaction levels


• Assist with scheduling, operational procedures, and front\-of\-house management when required

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness, health club, hospitality, or retail sectors


• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach


• Passion for fitness, health, and delivering exceptional customer experiences


• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth


• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
