About One Life Wellness Club
One Life Wellness Club is Dublin's first premium wellness performance club, opening at Grand Canal Dock, Capital Dock, Dublin 2 in January 2027\. We are not a gym. Not a spa. We are the space in between. A place to train, recover and belong, built for people who take their health seriously.
We are looking for an exceptional person to join us before we open and help us build our founding member community from the ground up.
The Role
This is a presale and membership sales role with a clear pathway to becoming our permanent Sales and Marketing Manager post opening. You will be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors before we open and the person responsible for driving our founding member target.
Your day to day will include conducting private club walkthroughs and tours, booking and managing all appointment slots, reaching out to and building relationships with corporate clients in the Docklands and wider Dublin 2 area, delivering corporate wellness presentations, following up on all inbound leads across digital channels and converting interest into founding memberships.
This is not a passive role. You will own the sales target and be accountable for hitting it.
What We Are Looking For
You have experience in premium sales, membership sales, hospitality or a related field. You are a natural relationship builder. You are comfortable presenting to corporate clients. You are driven by targets and motivated by commission. You understand what premium feels like and you can communicate it.
Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a bonus but not essential. Attitude, energy and hunger matter more.
Hours
Monday to Friday 11am to 7:30pm plus half day Saturday. This is designed around our peak walkthrough hours when our target members are available.
Salary and Commission
Base salary €36,000 per annum.
Milestone bonuses paid on membership targets. Total OTE up to €45,000 during the presale period.
Post opening the role develops into a permanent Sales and Marketing Management position with a revised salary and commission structure reflecting the expanded responsibilities and results from pre\-opening.
