You are the pulse of our hub, the person everyone knows, and the ultimate connector for our members. Your main focus is to build an active, buzzing community where people genuinely feel like they belong, whether they are hanging out in person or chatting on our app.
You will spend your days right where the action is, hanging out on the floor, listening to feedback, and bringing people together based on shared passions. Together with your team of Membership Hosts, you will turn our space into a home and keep our members excited to stay with us. This is not a predictable desk job or a standard Monday to Friday gig, so you will flex your schedule to be there when our community needs you most.

What You'll Do

<li data-path-to-node="3,3,0">Host local member committees to gather fresh ideas and act as your community advisory board.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="3,4,0">Run global programs and events that bring our partners and members closer together.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="3,5,0">Look at feedback and community trends to constantly upgrade how we do things.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="3,6,0">Handle tough conversations and resolve community issues calmly and smoothly.</li>
