Meetings & Events Co-ordinator
We’re looking for a Meetings \& Events Coordinator to join our busy Meetings \& Events team at the Coppid Beech Hotel.
This is a varied and fast paced role supporting the planning and delivery of everything from small board meetings to large weddings and hotel events.
You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as our multi\-million\-pound refurbishment continues across the hotel.
What you’ll be doing...
You’ll play a key role in supporting the full events journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery.
- Meeting with clients to understand their event requirements
- Preparing quotes, confirming bookings, and managing event details
- Coordinating event services such as entertainment
- Supporting the planning and smooth delivery of events on the day
- Ensuring every event runs smoothly and delivers a high standard of guest experience
- Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Previous experience in hospitality \& events is advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident IT and administration skills
- A customer focused \& proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
- Experience with hotel systems such as Opera is beneficial, but full training will be provided

- Office hours: 08:30–18:30 on a rota basis
