- Provide exceptional guest service in all Meetings Events and Food Beverage areas, ensuring that the agreed\-upon standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate effectively as part of the team, being mindful of colleagues' needs and demonstrating flexibility with working hours.
- Actively promote sales within the department and throughout the hotel.
- Maintain safe working practices in the Meetings Events areas, promptly addressing any spillages or safety hazards.
- Acquire in\-depth knowledge of the department's standard operating procedures, especially regarding room setups.
- Experience working in hospitality
- Experience working with customers
- An excellent command of the English language
- Excellent organisational skills
