Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers who enquired for medical treatment.


• Identify new sales opportunities through market analysis and client outreach.


• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to client needs.


• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.


• Utilise Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities efficiently.


• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.


• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies with organisational goals.


• Provide feedback from clients regarding product performance and potential improvements.

• Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.


• Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively.


• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.


• Fluency in Urdu/Hindi is highly advantageous for engaging with diverse client bases.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels.


• Organised, self\-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
