Medical Receptionist

Parkgate Surgery has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join the practice which is located in the centre of Ormskirk and serves over 9800 patients locally.

Parkgate Surgery consists of 5 GP Partners, Salaried GP, ARRS Roles, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistant and a well established administration team including a Business Manager and Operations Manager. The Health and Well Being of our staff is very important to us and have recently appointed a Health and Well\-being lead and Champion for the Practice. We are a forward thinking practice that delivers national and local enhanced services and offer an abundance of training opportunities to our staff.

The ideal candidate will ideally be proficient in all aspects of EMIS Web, Knowledge of total triage system Accurx, have good customer service skills, be well organised and reliable.

You will be required to ensure the professional image of the practice is maintained whilst acting as the first point of contact with patients and visitors.

The post holder will be flexible in order to meet the needs of the practice and must be able to work until 6:30pm on a Friday.

The post holder will be required to work at both of the practices branches located on: St Helens Road and County Road in Ormskirk.

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
