Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist

Hours:
Up to 37 hours per week
(We are open to appointing either one full\-time candidate or two part\-time candidates, depending on suitability.)

Batheaston Medical Centre is a forward\-thinking, patient\-focused practice committed to delivering excellent clinical care alongside a high standard of personal service.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy team as an Administrator/Receptionist. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the practice, supporting both patients and clinicians.

The successful candidate will be:

• Friendly, professional and approachable


• Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure


• Confident in dealing with patients both face\-to\-face and over the telephone


• IT literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Previous experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

This is a permanent position, subject to the successful completion of a three\-month probationary period.
