Werde Teil unseres Teams in der bp Business Services Germany GmbH und gestalte aktiv unsere digitalen Kanäle, Media\-Steuerung und Performance\-Aktivitäten mit. Du bringst Media\- und Kanalmaßnahmen entlang digitaler Touchpoints auf die Straße und arbeitest dabei eng mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern zusammen.
Im operativen Tagesgeschäft hältst du alle Fäden in der Hand, koordinierst Maßnahmen und sorgst dafür, dass wir unsere Ziele entlang klar definierter KPIs erreichen.
Das erwartet dich
- Unterstützung bei Planung und Steuerung von Media\- und Kanalmaßnahmen
- Koordination von Mediaplänen und Budgeteinsätzen
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Mediaagentur und weiteren externen Partnern
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Website
- Auswertung von Kampagnenergebnissen und Unterstützung bei Optimierungen
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Digital\-, Online\- oder Media\-Marketing
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Verständnis für datenbasierte Entscheidungen
- Gutes Verständnis digitaler Marketing\- und Mediathemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Tools und Plattformen
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Webseiten aus Performance\- oder UX\-Perspektive
- Erfahrung in cross\-funktionalen Organisationen
