An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Media Sales Specialist to work across our portfolio of industry-leading B2B magazines and digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships with businesses looking to reach highly targeted professional audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and engaging potential advertisers within key industry sectors
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business
- Sell integrated advertising packages including print ads, digital display, newsletters, webinars, and sponsored content
- Deliver consultative sales pitches based on audience data, sector insights, and ROI-focused solutions
- Work closely with editorial teams to align commercial opportunities with content calendars
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Experience in B2B sales, media sales, recruitment advertising, or similar industries
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex client needs
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
