About the role
We’re on the hunt for a Media Relations Manager who loves crafting unique news angles and pitching them to media.
You’ll be creative, have your finger on the pulse when it comes to viral news and be at the beating heart of campaigns that spark conversations and put our clients at the centre of culture and the media agenda.
You’ll be a brilliant, creative press release writer with a black book of media contacts, and will be working with a talented team to identify cultural moments happening in the media and across social media, turning them into earned media opportunities for a host of exciting clients across lifestyle, automotive, FDR and social media .

We work differently to other agencies, creating a collaborative service that services brands directly via viral news and campaigns, as well as offering ideas and pitch support to agencies directly.
With offices based in London and Dubai, our reputation for disruptive ideas, earned media strategies and pioneering social first for earned thinking has landed us work with over 50 PR, Advertising and Social agencies, and direct to brand work with the likes of Snug, GymNation, Frankie \& Benny's, Ford, Vanarama and Nissan.
Day to day you’ll be:
Building relationships with media and pitching stories
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets across multiple sectors (consumer, tech, business, lifestyle, relationships)
- Working at pace to draft unique and original press releases in clients TOV, whilst supporting the team to build media strategies and pitch stories to media
- On top of the hottest trends, talking points, cultural moments across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and proactive in sharing insights with the internal team and clients to spark ideas
- Attending brainstorms and helping to develop ideas, often with a social\-trends led eye
- Consistently researching emerging trends and insights across social and media to help drive ideas and fuel content for clients
- Be at the heart of delivering work for clients \- from shaping the idea, to creating the news angles and supporting on the media sell\-ins
- Attending video and photo shoots and helping to steer content capture to ensure final assets will fuel our earned media angles
- 2–3 years’ PR experience, ideally in a journalist or agency environment
- Strong network of media contacts and proven success in securing quality coverage
- Excellent press release writing and editing skills, with brilliant attention to detail
- A natural writer and storyteller with an eye for what makes a great news headline or a thumb\-stopping social media post
- Social media savvy – you know how news stories can stem from social media and have an understanding of how we can feed into these stories
- A creative thinker with an eye for media opportunities to add value to client accounts – always looking for fresh, bold ideas to cut through
