Job Summary
Our client is seeking a performance\-driven Media Buyer \- Affiliate Lead Generation to join their affiliate LeadGen team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Meta advertising expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to consistently launch profitable campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a testing\-heavy environment, combines creativity with data\-driven decision\-making, and is motivated by performance\-based growth opportunities.
This position is open to candidates across different experience levels, as compensation is largely performance\-based and tied to results.
Work ArrangementsReporting To: Founder
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day \- 5 days/week
Time Zone: Minimum 7 hours overlap with EST business hours (9 AM \- 5 PM EST)
Compensation: Performance\-based structure with base compensation and incentives.
Key Responsibilities* Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple lead generation verticals.
- Drive consistent ROI through daily campaign analysis and optimization.
- Develop and test high\-converting ad creatives, hooks, scripts, and landing pages at scale.
- Produce and launch a minimum of 10 new ads and 3 new landing pages weekly.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for profitable scaling.
- Maintain ROI targets while increasing ad spend and campaign volume.
- Identify and scale high\-performing affiliate offers across various verticals.
- Ensure proper tracking setup, campaign compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Follow and improve internal SOPs and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices.
- Mentor or coach junior buyers as the team grows (preferred but not required).
Mandatory* Proven hands\-on experience with Meta media buying in affiliate lead generation.
- Demonstrated history of running ROI\-positive campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, scaling strategies, and performance metrics.
- Ability to create compelling ad angles, hooks, and creative concepts.
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment.
- Strong proven experience with
- + Meta Ads Manager
+ Spy tools such as Pipi Ads, Atria, SpyHero, or equivalent
Preferred* Experience mentoring or managing other media buyers.
- Familiarity with additional verticals such as windows, roofing, gutters, credit cards, auto insurance, or affiliate eCommerce.

+ AI tools for scriptwriting and creative production
Primary Verticals* Core Verticals: Education, Personal Loans, Refinance Offers
- Additional Verticals (optional experience): Windows, Gutters, Roofing, Credit Cards, Auto Insurance, Affiliate eComm.
- Manage approximately $1,000/day in ad spend
- Achieve a minimum 10% ROI / Gross Margin
- Launch at least 10 new ads per week
- Develop and launch 3 new landing pages per week
- Demonstrate the ability to identify winning creatives, offers, and scaling opportunities
- Manage and scale campaigns to $100,000\+ monthly ad spend
- Maintain 25%\+ ROI / Gross Margin
- Consistently launch 10 new ads per week
- Consistently launch 3 new landing pages per week
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance targets
- Continuously test and optimize creatives, funnels, and offers to drive growth
- *KPIs are the steady\-state target. Ramp will be calibrated based on starting experience**.*
