Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst \& Online Marketing ben je het commerciële knooppunt van onze organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag werk je een offerte uit voor een vijfsterrenhotel in Dubai, de volgende stem je een orderlevering af met een bar in Groningen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Klantwensen vertalen naar heldere, overtuigende offertes


• Actieve acquisitie — nationaal én internationaal


• Het verwerken, versturen en bewaken van orders


• Nauw samenwerken met onze ontwikkelings\- en productieteams om klantfeedback om te zetten in productverbetering


• Bijdragen aan onze online marketing en zichtbaarheid

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat het proces van het eerste contact tot de levering soepel verloopt dankzij de onboarding.

Wat breng je mee?

• Minimaal mbo\-werk\- en denkniveau


• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in sales of commerciële binnendienst


• Uitstekende communicatie in Nederlands én Engels (extra talen zijn een plus)


• Een nauwkeurige, klantgerichte manier van werken


• Goede skills in prioriteren en een gezonde dosis stressbestendigheid

What you'll be doing

As Commercial Sales Support \& Online Marketing Specialist, you're the commercial hub of our organization. No two days are the same. One day you're putting together a quote for a five\-star hotel in Dubai, the next you're coordinating an order delivery with a bar in Groningen.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer needs into clear, convincing quotes


• Active outreach — both nationally and internationally


• Processing, dispatching, and tracking orders


• Working closely with our development and production teams to turn customer feedback into product improvements


• Contributing to our online marketing and brand visibility

In short: you make sure everything runs smoothly from first contact to final delivery.

What you bring

• A minimum of MBO\-level education or equivalent


• At least 2 years of experience in sales or commercial inside sales


• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)


• A precise and customer\-focused way of working


• Strong prioritization skills and a healthy dose of resilience


• A genuine team\-player mentality
