Role Conditions:
- Contract Length: Immediately – February 2027
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 (2 shifts)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Overtime available if required
- Tooling Required: Yes
- Up to €250 travel expenses reimbursed at start and end of contract
- No accommodation provided
JMC Aviation is recruiting Mechanical Fitters to support maintenance activities on ATR and C27J aircraft at Leonardo Caselle in Turin, Italy. This is a great opportunity to work on both commercial and military aircraft in a high\-quality aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly, installation, maintenance, and modification tasks on ATR and C27J aircraft
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Carry out fault diagnosis and rectification in line with production requirements
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
- Maintain safe and clean working practices
Essential:
- Proven experience as a mechanical fitter in an aerospace environment
- Experience on ATR or C27J aircraft
- Italian or English language skills (one required)
- Right to work in the EU
- Own tools
- Experience on C130 aircraft (accepted for work on C27J)
- Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
