What You'll Do
------------------

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative machine solutions from concept through to implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Design customer\-specific and standard machine solutions using advanced 3D CAD tools.


• Transform customer requirements and specifications into practical, high\-performing designs.


• Develop concepts, assemblies, and machine components that meet functionality, quality, safety, and cost requirements.


• Create detailed engineering documentation, including:


• 3D models


• Assembly drawings


• Bills of Materials (BOMs)


• Pneumatic schematics


• Technical construction files


• Perform calculations and analyses to validate machine and component performance.


• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Lead Engineers, Manufacturing, Service, and Sales teams.


• Support machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.


• Drive innovation by identifying smarter, more efficient engineering solutions.

For Medior \& Senior Engineers

You'll also:

• Lead mechanical aspects of projects.


• Conduct safety risk assessments.


• Review and approve engineering designs.


• Mentor and support Junior Engineers.


• Manage engineering planning and technical project execution.


• Support supplier selection and technical collaboration.

For Senior Engineers

You'll additionally:

• Act as the technical authority for complex machine builds.


• Lead design reviews and customer\-facing technical discussions.


• Coach and develop engineering talent.


• Support project estimations, feasibility studies, and strategic engineering decisions.

Education \& Experience

Junior Engineer

• Technical vocational qualification (MBO) or equivalent.


• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.


• 4\+ years of engineering experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.


• 8\+ years of engineering experience.


• Previous experience leading projects and mentoring colleagues.

We're looking for engineers who have:

• Experience with 3D CAD software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, or Pro/Engineer.


• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and machine design.


• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, tolerances, and assembly techniques.


• Experience with DFMA (Design for Manufacturing \& Assembly).


• Understanding of machinery safety standards and regulations.


• Ability to perform static and dynamic calculations.


• A practical, hands\-on approach to solving engineering challenges.


• An interest in multidisciplinary engineering, including automation, controls, and software.
