The resource will act as the liaison between Technical Management and Production, contributing to the analysis, definition, and optimization of processes for the manufacturing of complex mechanical components.

In the role of Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting technical feasibility studies, assessing the manufacturability of parts in relation to design constraints, available technologies, and machine tool capabilities.


• Estimating machine times and setup times using standard methodologies such as MTM, ensuring accuracy in planning and costs.


• Using CATIA V5 to analyze 3D models, identify critical steps, and propose production\-oriented optimizations (DfM).


• Defining the complete work cycle, including machining sequences, reorientations, fixings, tool selection, cutting parameters, and continuous improvement solutions.


• Coordinating subsequent stages of the production process, such as painting and surface or heat treatments, ensuring consistency and smooth operational flow.

• Knowledge of CAD software, preferably CATIA V5


• Experience in mechanical design and solid understanding of mechanical processing


• Excellent relational and interfacing skills with design, production, and quality


• Proficiency in Italian (C1\) and English
