Mechanical Contracts Manager.

Primarily contracts in Dublin and surrounding area

Due to growing workload and expansion, we are seeking a self\-motivated and

experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager with strong leadership and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards.

This is not a trainee role and is only open to Mechanical Contracts managers with a proven track record.

This role will be Dublin based with a requirement to attend On\-Site meetings with clients, site managers and sub contractors.

*Responsibilities*

· Deliver multiple projects simultaneously within agreed scope, schedule, budget while delivering a great quality product to our customers.

· Create project initiation documentation, project budgets, project programs and relevant H\&S documentation.

· Ensuring full compliance to all relevant statutory and regulatory guidance standards

· Providing reports for meetings with managers

· Maintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, sub\-contractors and internal teams to manage progress, challenges, and resolutions

· Contract supervision including issuing purchase orders, applications for payment and variation control.

Requirements

· 3\+ years as a Mechanical Contracts Manager in the Irish market

· Preference to candidates with Mechanical based qualifications

· Strong background managing mechanical projects for an M\&E or mechanical contractor

· The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.

· Understanding and knowledge of various HVAC systems

· Understanding and knowledge of mechanical co\-ordination and building modelling

· Proven ability to lead and manage team

· Commercially minded with a strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial analysis

· Excellent written communication

· Good IT skills especially with MS office software

· Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
